“Understanding that our dream of comfortable, safe, affordable housing for NJ’s Deaf should include people of all ages, on July 26, 2018, the State of New Jersey officially recognized our new name: New Jersey Deaf Housing, Inc. Realizing that our demographics have changed considerably, our land search has broadened beyond Morris County to include properties  throughout the State of New Jersey, while staying mindful of a centralized location that will be affordable, and offer proximity to medical facilities, shopping and public transportation.“

There are TWO low income apartments (2 bedrooms) still available for Deaf families in Highland Park (not for singles or couples).
Triple C Housing is still accepting applications and are looking to fill these units as soon as possible.

New Jersey Deaf Housing, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is actively seeking dedicated volunteer Board Members to help us fulfill our mission of securing housing for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deafblind, and Late-Deafened communities.
**Any Available Positions**

We need individuals who can commit their time and talents to support our mission. Experience in housing, government, or development is beneficial. Skills in marketing (especially Facebook and website management) and administrative support are a plus. Strong communication and writing skills are essential for effective interaction with government agencies and organizations.
